Why Bright Star?
Brightstar is an Irish family-run business that was established over 20 years ago. Originally, our Managing Director Ed Mullen was an independent carpenter, but after hearing feedback from clients on the quality of his work, he realised there was a huge gap in the market for high-end bespoke furniture, cabinets and fittings.
From this realisation, he started Bright Star Joinery, a full-service, family-run joinery and carpentry specialist.
At Bright Star, we are incredibly proud of all the work we produce, and the team, which now consists of some of the finest craftsmen in Ireland, allows us to meet projects of any size within the timeframes our customers require.
We specialise in the manufacturing of bespoke Wall Panelling, TV Units, Radiator covers, bespoke furniture, fitting and cabinets. We also offer various general carpentry services to meet any customer requirement.
We are happy to quote on things outside of these areas, but if it is not something we offer, we will be upfront with you from the outset.

The workshop is situated in Margaret’s Co., Dublin, where a dedicated unit houses skilled carpenters, cabinetmakers, and finishers. Within these wall,s Bright Star’s craftsmen transform raw timber into furniture that enhances space and function.
